George Brown College Design Annual

George Brown College School of Design publishes a regular catalog of student work. The 2004-2006 Annual was designed in late 2006-Early 2007 along with fellow GBC graduate Jane Weber.

The annual contains 276 pages including the 4-page cover which is embossed on the front cover and debossed on backcover with a grid of nobs to simulate the interlocking building block texture used through the book. The theme centred around the simple inter-locking building block as a metaphor for the myriad of courses students take at the School of Design. With some many course variations, each student completes the programme with their own unique shape, reflected in the best work illustrated throughout the book's pages.
